The main purpose is to simulate the vibration environment that water pumps may encounter during transportation, so as to assess its stability and reliability in the actual transportation process.

During the production and transportation of water pumps, the pumps may suffer from different degrees of vibration due to vehicle movement, road conditions and other factors. These vibrations may have an impact on the structure and performance of the pump, such as leading to loose fasteners, wear and tear of components, sealing performance degradation and so on. In order to avoid the adverse effects of transportation vibration, water pump need to be tested during simulated transportation to test the vibration resistance life and vibration conditions of the components in the pump to improve the quality of the dc pump during transportation.
