Thermo Outdoor Activity 2024

Regular held outdoor activities is one of Thermo company culture, aiming to enhance the cohesion and teamwork awareness among employees and jointly inject new vitality into the company’s future development.

At the beginning of the event, we organized a unique ice-breaking game to help employees quickly integrate into the team atmosphere. Immediately afterwards, we arranged a series of creative activities, its not only test employees’ teamwork skills and innovative thinking, but also allow everyone to deepen their understanding of each other in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. All of employees said that through this activity, they understood the importance of teamwork and cherished the friendship with their colleagues more.

At the end of the event, we also held awards ceremony to commend employees who performed outstandingly in team-building activities. Obtaining these honors not only recognizes the hard work of employees, but also recognizes their contribution to the development of the company.
